entry in to the contest.

Winners
must be willing to provide full mailing address, full name, email, and
phone number to receive their prize. No PO Boxes allowed. No NON UNITED

All winners also consent, by

1. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to
enter the Picnic Area 11 Prepare to Play & Picnic Contest
(hereinafter, “Prize Drawing”), you (i) must be a legal U.S. resident
who is at least 18 years of age, or above the age of majority in your
state of residence, at the time of the launch date of the Prize Drawing
and you (ii) must have received an invitation from the Sponsor to
complete a Claims Satisfaction Survey. Employees, officers, directors
and agents of the member companies of Erie Insurance Group, or
Confirmit, Inc., their subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their
immediate families and those living in their households, are not
eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. All
federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
2. TO ENTER
NO
PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Each Prize Drawing is open to
those eligible persons who have liked Picnic Area 11's Facebook Fan Page
and followed the rules.
LIMIT: ONE (1) ENTRY PER EMAIL ADDRESS
and ONE (1) Additional Entry DAILY for PICNIC PUZZLER QUESTIONS AND ONE
MORE ADDITIONAL ENTRY IF FACEBOOK COVER AND/OR PROFILE PHOTO IS CHANGED
TO PICNIC AREA 11 OFFICIAL PHOTO. Subsequent entries will be
disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor is not
responsible for late, misdirected, incomplete, or for any
computer-related, online, telephonic, or technical malfunctions that may
occur. Entries are void if they are incomplete, damaged, irregular,
altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained through fraud or
theft. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
Personal information (if any) collected through responses to the contest will be kept private.
3. WINNER
Prize:
Eight (8) prize winners will be randomly selected for each Prize
Drawing to receive one of the eight prizes described above. All
decisions on all matters pertaining to the Prize Drawing are final.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater
value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Random selection of the
potential winners will occur no later then July 2013. The prize winners
will be notified by e-mail or regular mail, in Sponsor’s discretion,
within thirty (30) days from the date of the winner selection. Prize
winners will have seven (7) days from notification to claim their prize.
Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, officers
and directors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective
officers, directors, employees and their respective agents will not be
liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. The prize will be
delivered by U.S. First Class Mail within the United States only. No
prize transfer, assignment or substitution by winner permitted. Sponsor
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize for a
prize of equal or greater value should all or part of a prize become
unavailable for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes, fees and
surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. If the
prize winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize, is
unavailable for prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Official Rules,
or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from all
remaining eligible entries.
Where lawful, the winner may be
required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability
and/or a Publicity Release. Failure to return the required documents
within the time period specified thereon may result in forfeiture of
prize and random selection of alternate winner from remaining eligible
entries. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner
consents to Sponsor’s use of his/her likeness, photograph, name, or
voice for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media
worldwide (including winners list) without additional compensation or
notification.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
(a) Sponsor
reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend any or all of the Prize Drawings.
(b) By
participating, entrants and winners release Sponsor, its affiliates,
parent, and subsidiary companies, its employees, agents and officers,
advertising and promotion agencies, as well as all others associated
with the development and execution of this Prize Drawing, from and
against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from
the Sweepstakes and the awarding and use of the prize. Sponsor assumes
no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line
failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Prize Drawing
entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms.
Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors
in promotional materials or any materials related to the Prize Drawings.
(c)
Participants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; and
(b) that the decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to
the Prize Drawing. Winner agrees to be bound by these rules and the
decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
(d)
Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant will be required
to sign an confirmation and acceptance confirming compliance with the
Prize Drawing Official Rules and acceptance of the prize as offered The
confirmation and acceptance must be returned within seven (7) business
days of the notification date indicated on the documents, unless
otherwise stated, or the selected entrant will be disqualified and the
prize forfeited.
Your participation in the contest is a consent by you to abide by the official rules and that you understand said rules.
The
contest begins 06/01/13 and ends 06/11/13 at 11pm (PST). The winners
will be announced in July and posted on Facebook. Winners will receive
their prizes in the mail by September.
