December 12th, 2011 - Paul's 12 Days of December- Krav Maga
Day #12- December 12th- Favorite 12 of 12 - Krav Maga
WOW, can you believe it, my FINAL Favorite for 2011! How the days have flown by. Well, if it's the end and I'm going out, I'm going out with a fight! I went hard for my last favorite, I picked Krav Maga! As some of you may know, I have been taking Krav from KMV since March of this year and absolutely love it! To be completely honest, it scared the crap out of me and that's why I signed up for it. Now, I'm so glad I have! Not only have I gotten great health benefits from it (Cardio, Muscle Building) but I have also learned invaluable self defense and combat training! Plus, I personally feel by facing your fears head on you not only obviously conquer them but you are in powered and in so many emotional and mental ways. How can you not be when you stare something down that scares you and overcome it??
Classes aren't what I'd call cheap, and KMV isn't going to give you a discount for being recommended by me (although I DO think I get something if you sign up...What? Hello! Isn't it time I get something too?!?) but they really are worth it. AND, for all you discount, freebie wanters out there.....you are allowed to audit one class to see what you think, for free! And why not take ONE CLASS for FREE to find out?
Plus, if you let me know, I'd even be willing to take the class that day too. So to summarize, someone you know to make you feel more comfortable (i.e. ME), networking, getting a work out, learning great defense skills, trying something new and challenging, AND all for free!
What more could you want??! Check them out and support this amazing (and my last favorite of 2011) business!

December 11th, 2011 - Paul's 12 Days of December- The Grid
Day #11- December 11th- Favorite 11 of 12 - The Grid
As I was creating this list and brainstorming ideas for it my friend Jamie actually reminded me of how much I use this next item and like it. It's funny how sometimes our "favorites" are things we take for granted or forget about. So first, go email your mom, right now! Tell her you don't take her for granted! Then come back so you can learn about today's favorite. Back? Alright, so for all of those taken for granted favorites, I feature The Grid today!
I personally, primarily use The Grid to stretch and massage my back (which it does AMAZINGLY) but you can also use it to achieve a comprehensive core body workout, from crunches to bicycles to pushups - use it to challenge core muscles and incorporate it into daily workout routines. It also is compact so it travels well. I love this item, I really do. Check out http://tptherapy.com/ for more information and other products. Also, you can order The Grid from Amazon, just follow the link below. Why wait till January 1st to make resolutions. Make one right now!

December 10th, 2011 - Paul's 12 Days of December- WebCentric Studios
Day #10- December 10th- Favorite 10 of 12 - WebCentric Studios
This is one of those favorites very near and dear to me and one I am really glad to promote since I have such a specific and close relationship with them! WebCentric Studios creates custom built web projects and offer complete website design and development services no matter what size of website you are looking for. The other thing I really like about WebCentric, they created my site, www.GetPaulHoward.com
So, clearly I endorse and support them! And if you want to see their work, just go to my site and check it out, if you haven't already (...which by the way, you SHOULD have already...many, MANY times by now. Checked it out. Right??? But I digress...) Or you could of course go to THEIR site, http://www.webcentricstudios.net/ and they have a facebook page, HERE, so like them there too!
If you or anyone you know is looking for website design, then the people that run this small business are the ones to contact! Hard working and good people, they will be able to help you realize whatever you need in web design! Mention that you are from my network and I'm sure they'll give you a special "Paul Rate".

December 9th, 2011 - Paul's 12 Days of December- Nib Nobs
Day #9- December 9th- Favorite 9 of 12 - Nib Nobs
So the holiday season brings lots of things, but what it brings the most of (it seems) are sweets! By the way, did that last sentence rhyme (I really am in the holiday spirit)? So #9 is MY favorite sweet, Nib Nobs! Never heard of them? Well you should have, they are described as, "moist cake and creamy frosting come together in a way that creates that often needed "o" moment. Nestled under a chocolate shell, these cool confectioneries will have you wanting more." They come in AMAZING flavors like Chocolate Dipped Banana, Birthday Cake (their most popular), and Dark Chocolate Orange & Sea Salt (a personal favorite). Plus they have seasonal flavors (like right now with their Candy Cane and Salted Chocolate Caramel)! Check there website for local SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA locations that Nib Nobs are available. Or order online, since they ship anywhere! Great, right?
The other great thing about Nib Nobs is that they are a small business, and we all know the importance of supporting small businesses!!
I know I don't need to convince you any more to order some RIGHT NOW, but just in case I do, Nib Nobs have been kind enough to offer 15% off your order with the coupon code "Paul" as a thanks for being a part of Paul's 12 Days of December! Now THAT really is GREAT!! So order some for Christmas, or order some as a gift, or better yet, just order some for yourself, and get 15% off!! Enjoy!! Trust me, you will!
